MEETING SPACE
The Amerinet Central
Education Conference Center provides a casual elegance with every
convenience. Our center features seating capacity for up to 160 attendees,
an extensive formal board room seating up to 40 attendees comfortably,
and a completely refurbished atrium used for registration or small
trade shows. We also offer the complete freedom to design room
sets that best meet your needs. Our personal customer service
approach makes every visit carefree and tranquil.
FEATURES
Our center offers ample free parking in a serene
rural setting. Courtesy telephones with data ports are available for your
convenience and are located in the exquisitely decorated Valaude area. Our
center offers several conference rooms located on the first and second
floors of our building with an elevator for easy access. The
full-service kitchen allows our professional caterers to provide a variety
of unique and tasteful options at competitive prices. We take pride in the
fact that we are
able to offer a variety of selections from pastry
to a full breakfast, from finger foods to hors d'oeuvres or
light lunches and dinners to enhance your meeting.
TECHNOLOGY
Inquisit
consistently invests in the latest meeting technology to provide our
clients with a variety of meeting options. Video and audio conferencing
equipment transmits your event to sites around the world. Built-in LCD
projectors, screens, overhead projectors and wireless microphones along
with large screen television monitors are available in most rooms.

*All equipment rental rates(above) include a technician who will set-up and pretest
all requested equipment. The labor rates below become applicable when initial setup,
testing and orientation of our equipment is completed or when a customer requests our
assistance in using their own equipment. These rates include technical assistance with
presentations on disks and computer assistance. |
Technicians are available at the following rates on a 4-hour minimum:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm $30.00/hour
Monday - Friday 5:00pm - 10:00pm $50.00/hour
Saturday - Sunday 8:00am - 5:00pm $40.00/hour
Saturday - Sunday 5:00pm - 10:00pm $70.00/hour

PROFESSIONAL STAFF
Inquisit's
highly trained staff will guarantee a successful event. Your convention
services representative will greet and register your guests. This
individual will manage all of your food and beverage needs, set-up and
dismantling. Inquisit's on-site multi-media technician will manage all of
your audio-visual needs, including videoconferencing, LCD projectors,
sound and lighting. Our staff is the key to a successful meeting.
LOCATION
We are
conveniently located in Warrendale, Pennsylvania, at the intersection of
Interstate 79, route 19 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Only 15 miles north
of downtown Pittsburgh, the Inquisit Education Conference Center offers a
woodland setting with plenty of hotels, restaurants and shopping nearby.
