  • Trade Show Management
    Inquisit® has managed trade shows featuring 2 to more than 200 exhibit booths. We provide expertise in the selection and management of an exhibit company to provide set-up, signage, materials handling, drayage, etc. We are experienced in developing floor plans and incentives to ensure high-traffic to exhibits which will provide significant income opportunities.
  • Site Selection and Contract Negotiation
    Using the parameters you provide, Inquisit® will provide site options to you that meet all requirements. Our staff will then negotiate all contracted items including room charges, food and beverage, and audio-visual. Because of the number of meetings conducted each year, we have the ability to reduce costs to save you money!
  • Registration Services
    Inquisit® has a registration team available to receive meeting registrations daily via telephone, fax and e-mail. This service develops and distributes confirmation letters, meeting materials, name badges and participant lists. Inquisit® also processes registration fees through checks or credit cards using proper accounting procedures.
  • Speaker Management
    Our staff of in-house education experts will assist in the development of appropriate meeting agendas based on your audience and budget. Inquisit has established relationships with hundreds of national speakers and even has its own Speakers Directory, a resource of health care speakers. We contract with all speakers on your behalf, coordinate promotional materials, program materials, travel and lodging, and issue honorariums.
  • On-site Management
    Inquisit® provides outstanding customer service to you and your meeting attendees on-site. Our staff representative is the primary liaison with the hotel or conference center staff ensuring success. We also provide on-site registration services, trade show management and staff support for your special activities and excursions.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    Inquisit® has access to an award-winning in-house team of graphic designers, writers and editors that will create a stellar marketing campaign for your next meeting. We are experts in direct mail marketing, broadcast fax marketing and web promotion. Inquisit® can also assist you in selecting appropriate incentive gifts and giveaways to continue marketing and promotion long after the meeting has concluded.
  • Planning and Evaluation
    We believe that planning and evaluation are an invaluable, though often under utilized, component of a successful event. Inquisit® will develop an initial timeline and action plan outlining responsibilities and benchmarks. A comprehensive evaluation mechanism will also be created to gather perceptions of meeting content, location, speakers, return on investment, etc. Inquisit provides to all clients an executive summary of the findings in a timely manner. This data is used as a continuous quality improvement tool for future events.
